•  Wesley Chapel Lawn Care Service is not liable or responsible in anyway shape or form of any sickness or COvid or virus. By hiring us understand that we may touch fence doors or latches  and is your responsibility to clean surfaces before or after our visit. We will protect only our employees to the best of our ability. By hiring or allowing Wesley Chapel Lawn Care or Wesley Chapel Mulch Supply and Landscaping and Plant Supply to step or  work on your yard, you voluntarily assume all risks related to exposure.
• Please if you or someone we are working for or talking to has had a virus in last 2 days or less please only communicate by email and or let us know ASAP.
•  Weather may delay or force us to skip areas on property or entire property  depending property condition. This does not change the monthly price.   
• Basic lawn service does not include line trimming edge of conservation, but can pay more for this service. 
• All  Grass yards may during the summer may have clumps of grass. You can pay  more for us to try to elevate some of the clumps of grass by 60  percent.

This can include fence or pipes. Owning such products must rewax or paint or up keep per six months. Chlorine or bleach will degrade faster. 
• If gas hits $3 a gallon or above there will be a fuel charge or increase attached to each monthly invoice or bill.
• If exposed to sunlight cover it up so that sun or UV does not have access to it. Watch for heat build up. If it is a pipe or sprinklers break  due to Wesley Chapel Lawn Care Service doing. We will fix this at no charge to you the client.
• Please move gutter down spouts 5-8 inches off the ground to avoid ripping from line trimmer.
• Please make sure lawn and mowing area is clear of objects. If object ricochet and breaks something. In most cases if we see something, will try to be proactive and pick or move it out of way. This is just if we do not see object and is destroyed due to hidden in grass or if ricochet like a base ball and damages glass.
• IF cable is not barred far  enough for edger to make an edge around a  flower bed. Most TV internet companies will redo for FREE if cut.
• Your sod or grass if infected with insect or animal or disease or heat  damage or other issues that do not pertain to Wesley Chapel Lawn Care  Service equipment or employees.
• Corners of all HOA (Home Owners Association) houses the  mortar will peel off  and or show the white plastic. This is due to  repetitive wear and tear.  We will do our best to avoid from happening  and we recommend keeping  some spare paint for areas that get wear and  tear.
• Same  goes for the sides of the  house of HOA properties. As we line trim  around your property 42 times  at the very least a year the paint will  become worn down. We do tamper  the speeds to avoid this eventual wear  and tear on property, but it does  happen.
• If  we notice the edges of  gardens being pushed or made to be larger area  due to edger doing its  job will opt to edge bi weekly to allow for a  crisp edge and tight.  Edges have tendency to be push further. To keep a  nice edge line have to  cut close and over time pushes line. To keep  line of edge if supervisor  decides to opt to do bi weekly edging. This  would be the reason. This  bi weekly edging can happen in winter or  summer. We want a clean look  but want to avoid trenches. We like a  tight look.
• If  there is a hurricane or  tropical storm we will attempt to get everyone  done, but there is a  chance we might not get to you due to conditions  are not safe for our  crew or your yard. If we choose to skip mowing,  but edge or line trim…  you are allowing us to make the decision so not  to damage the yard. In  the same idea, there may be areas we skip in a  storm due to over  saturation or the pond has covered the bank limiting  us from reaching  below the water level. We will do our best and have at  times line  trimmed entire properties, but there are those times when  it just is  unsafe and those times we will make what call is necessary.

• Wesley Chapel Lawn Care Service are not  liable for bug or fungus or worm  or disease transfer or other to turf  grass.
• Wesley Chapel Lawn Care Service are not  liable for shrubbery insects or  weed spray death to shrub or plants.
• Wesley Chapel Lawn Care Service are not  liable for faulty gate door  lock. We will before leaving shut the gate  and make sure shut, but if  opens later after we leave or there is an  issue with locking system we  just can’t be held liable.
• Wesley Chapel Lawn Care Service can be held liable for client failure or Client property conditions. and understand this when hiring us to do any type of work on such property. By hiring Wesley Chapel Lawn Care Service  you understand take no liability for weather or bugs, or fungus or virus or damage. You take all the risk of liability. 
• Debris in yard becoming a  projectile and or what it hits. We have shields on  our machines, but  when mowing a yard we can not see everything that is  the grass or turf because we mow high. It is recommended that the  resident picks up yard  prior to us being there. When we are coming is  noted or can be found on  cover page of invoice.
• Wesley Chapel  Lawn are not liable for weather related damage.
• Wesley  Chapel Lawn are not liable for ruts in  yard. Ruts not liable  for: mud or grass ruts caused by machines due to  area is wet. This is a  weather related issue or drainage issue.
• Wesley Chapel Lawn are not liable for weeds in flowerbeds.
• Wesley  Chapel Lawn are not liable for mud or  grass splatter caused by a  line trimmer or mower or an edger caused by  weather conditions or plant  conditions.
• Wesley Chapel Lawn are not liable for transfer  from property to  property weeds or grass or any kind of seed born plant  or grass.
• Wesley Chapel Lawn are not liable for transfer from property to property any fungus or bug.
• Wesley Chapel Lawn is not liable for transfer from that may be on tires of machines.
• Wesley Chapel Lawn will try to cut every grass  sprigs or grass, but  some grass sprigs my not have been cut. Our blades  are sharp, but some  times may need more times to be gone over. If you  feel like it is not  cutting all may opt to add more add-on to your  package.
• If  we spray with your weed killer or our weed killer. Wesley Chapel Lawn  Care Service can not be held responsible or  have to replace that of  killed plant life including grass due to our  spraying or your spraying  of material.
• On rainy weeks Wesley Chapel is limited on time and may not be able to talk while at property.
•  All plant or mulch purchases are final and there are no returns or warranty of such plants or mulch or services. 
•  Wesley Chapel Lawn Care are not liable for transmission of Covid-19, and or ALL other liabilities that pertain to data collection or products or services provided by our conglomerate. By buying our products YOU the costumer agree to and understand to all terms and restrictions and limitations. By emailing us or purchasing plants or purchasing mulch or hiring any services provided by our conglomerate understand you are giving us full consent to collect your data and use as we see fit. 
• On rainy weeks Wesley Chapel is limited on time and may skip areas.
• Wesley  Chapel Lawn Care Service care have a  substantial liability insurance and have waived our workers comp, but  will sign stating the client is not liable.
• Each  basic package price will  increase per every two years. We want to be  up front about price  increases as to why we are stating here. We state  that the prices start  at ... depending on conditions and other when  your first welcome letter  is sent to you. There is an every 2 year  increase to your lawn care  package of either $40 or $10 or $5 and  Wesley Chapel Lawn Care Service  has the right to pick the amounts in  which your package will increase.  The price increase is to cover new  costs associated with running Wesley  Chapel Lawn Care Service and other  new company expenses. It allows us to  adjust for new or added  obstacles in which we have to go around or just  allows us to adjust to  new expenditures. Most of time is only a $5  raise, but can be higher  for reasons left up to Wesley Chapel Lawn Care  Service.
• Prices may change at random to or if vendor or employment costs go up our prices will go up. 
• Monthly  service may change in price if original estimate does not cover  additional plants or new renovations or additional work installed after  such original estimate. 
• If  you are late and we have to contact creditors, you will have to pay  their fees and your late fee as well as accumulated full payment of what  is due. 
• We will always do our absolute best to avoid issues. They do happen. In most cases, we as a company will fix before client even knows we damaged it. We  Will include client as we fix the issue, but some times if an issue  arises and not aware you the client must contact us and give us time to  fix it. 
• It is not our fault for weather or us mowing after sprinklers or rain on your property. Days are stated on this website.  This would be the fault of you not routinely maintained of irrigation. 
• Ruts  due to water issues are not our fault. If sprinklers are running or  weather  hits on day we are supposed to be there, we are not responsible  for any  damage to lawn due to wet areas. We will do our best to make  sure that  we are professional, but ruts may develop due to amount of  water on  property. If you do not want us to mow after rain, please let  us know.
