Lawn Care Service Terms and Conditions for our Basic Lawn Care Package:

• Mowing: We will mow the open areas of the property.
• Grass Clipping Removal: Eighty five percent of dry grass clippings will be removed from the patio, back porch, front sidewalks, driveway, and street. while wet grass will be Seventy two percent clean.

• Edging: Front edges will be edged weekly, and sides and back flower beds will be edged bi-weekly to prevent grass from encroaching on the flower beds. A line trimmer may be used to provide a cleaner edge. Additional edging services can be added for an increased monthly fee.
• Line Trimming: We will line trim around flower beds or surface areas as needed. However, we do not trim weeds in cracks or flower beds under the Basic Service.

• Weather-Related Delays: Weather conditions may affect the timing and quality of the service. Wet conditions may result in ruts or mud tracks, which we will do our best to minimize. However, we cannot be held liable for any damage caused by weather, including ruts, drainage issues, or muddy tracks. If certain areas consistently present challenges due to weather conditions, additional fees may be required for a solution.

• Property Owner Liability: The property owner assumes liability for any damage caused, including ruts, mud tracks, or other damage resulting from weather conditions. We are not responsible for damage to CPVC pipes, fences, or paint chipping during the mowing process.

• For a more tailored service, we offer Custom Lawn & Landscaping Packages. These plans take into account weather patterns and offer higher-quality landscaping services with more attention to detail. These packages are customized to your specific needs and are priced higher than the Basic Service.

• Seasonal Pricing: The monthly price for our Basic Lawn Care Service remains consistent throughout both the Spring/Summer and Fall/Winter months.
• Administrative Fee: An office fee of $10 will be added to all invoices.

• We are not liable for an animal or human getting out of fenced area.

Could be upgraded to this for when wet weather is an issue, and returned to your normal when in winter. These packages are designed for peace of mind service. Luxury detailed landscaping & lawn maintenance. Starting monthly service are quite a bit more than basic. There is a $10 office fee added to all invoices.
