starts at $105 a month (no fence or pond): Line trim around flower beds or surface areas. Mow grass on property and air blow off grass clipping from patio/ back porch, front sidewalks, and or air blow off the driveway and street of grass clippings. We do not line trim weeds in cracks or flower beds. Edging front weekly and sides and back flower beds are done bi weekly to hold the grass from expanding the flower bed. Sometimes a line trimmer is used to get a cleaner edge. Edging can be increased for more per month. Weather may delay or force us to skip areas on property or entire property  depending property condition. This does not change the monthly price. We will do our best, but sometimes FL weather does not stop to dry out. Even if we walk and think area is okay a machine may still create a rut. Will try to avoid, but if have a drainage issue, may leave mud track when weather is not on our side. Can pay more and go with our CUSTOM lawn and landscaping package, but this package here is basic. UNDER BASIC SERVICE IS JUST GET YARD CUT. LIABILITY OF RUTS OR MUD IS ON YOU. Our other higher plans take into consideration wet ground more so as not basic lawn. (Per visit, one mowing of property. We can not be held liable for cpvc or fence or paint chipping.) We would rather be open and up front.  The higher plans are custom to your needs, and or give more attention to weather patterns or how quality factor or standard is much, much higher. Think celebrity detailed landscaping quality of work at our higher pkgs.  The monthly price remains the same for the Spring/Summer and the Fall/Winter months. There is a $10 office fee added to all invoices.
