Payment Terms and Conditions for Services Provided by Wesley Chapel Lawn Care Service LLC

Accepted Payment Methods:

Best payment method:

Direct Bill Pay Recommendation:
We recommend using direct bill pay through your bank’s online banking service. Ensure that your payment is processed by the 5th of each month to guarantee we receive it by the 15th of that invoiced month. Please note: Our mail service can be delayed, and any late payments due to postal delays are the responsibility of the client.

Payment by Card:

1. Online Payments
   For online payments via our website, please follow the provided instructions to complete your transaction. Credit card payments will incur processing fees and labor extra fees, which will be added outside of your invoice.

Credit Card Payments:
When paying by credit card, a labor charge will be added outside of your invoice to cover processing fees. The full invoice amount must be paid prior to any added fees. We are not responsible for any issues related to credit card payments.

Venmo Payments:
Venmo payments may be made to Catrina DALE (wesleychapellawn) or 8134797414. When paying via Venmo, please email us at wesleychapellawn@gmail.com with your invoice number, amount paid, and full name. Note that Venmo may charge transaction fees, which are the client's responsibility. For example, if you pay $150 and Venmo deducts a $2.48 fee, only $147.52 will be received, creating an outstanding balance. In addition, with the use of Venmo may incur other labor fees from us with the use of this form of payment.  Clients are expected to pay the full invoiced amount and any other extra fees if applicable.

 Payment Responsibility:

Any additional charges or transaction fees, including those for credit card payments, are the responsibility of the client. To avoid additional charges, we recommend paying by check, cash, or online banking. We do not accept payments through Zelle. Venmo payments are only allowed with prior authorization. 

Late Fees:
A strict late fee of $10 plus will be applied for each month payment is overdue. Late fees will increase each subsequent month. The client is also responsible for any creditors' or court fees incurred to collect overdue payments.

 Price Adjustments:

Monthly pricing may change due to inflation, vendor pricing, or minimum wage increases. Clients will be notified of any changes, but adjustments may take effect with the next billing cycle. 

Service Terms:
We operate on a month-to-month service basis. Clients may opt for quarterly payments only if they have been a client for six months or more and have consistently paid on time. Prices may increase due to vendor price changes, inflation, or minimum wage adjustments. While we aim to limit price changes to once every two years, we reserve the right to adjust prices sooner if necessary.

Mowing Schedule:

• Weekly Mowing (Spring & Summer): From April 1st until the week before October 15th.
• Bi-Weekly Mowing (Fall & Winter): From the week of October 15th until March 31st.
  Note: Prices for bi-weekly mowing remain unchanged during winter months.
