Most of our clients set up direct bill pay through their banks (online banking) and we would advise making sure the check is cut on the 5th of each month to ensure we receive by the 15th of that invoiced month. Our snail mail is slow.

PAY BY CARD IN PERSON FOR EITHER COMPANY (#2)

We accept as payment: barter, Cash, Check, Coin, Major credit cards: VISA, Master Card, Money order, Discover. We do offer credit cards, but there is a $3-$30 additional charge added to the bill prior to card swiped to pay for labor to run the card. Cards can be held on file or you may call over the phone or in pay in person. We are not responsible for card issues.

Our site is designed as if you are ordering for a packaged item. Find your amount and follow through check out. 

Shipping is free, but there is a card labor fee.

Must Email WesleyChapellawn@gmail.com invoice # & amount paying & Full NAME. You the client must pay the amount on the invoice. Venmo may charge a fee on some transactions. Such fee you are responsible for paying as well. For example: you pay $150 and venmo takes $2.48 cents on transaction. Only $147.52 is received. This means the charge makes you short to what is owed. We offer many ways to get full invoiced payment to us and is up to you to navigate the best course. Checks or online banking or cash are preferred due to non charges applied to which you have to pay more.

There is a stringent late fee of $10 that will increase with each month late. The client will pay for creditors or court fees or any other fees to obtain full payment if late. 

We are a month to month service. You may pay monthly or quarterly instead of monthly ONLY IF YOU HAVE BEEN A CLIENT FOR 6 MONTHS OR MORE AND PAID ON TIME. PRICES MAY INCREASE DUE TO VENDOR INCREASES. We try to only do per 2 years, but may happen sooner.

There is on any card transaction a labor or charge fee. 

Weekly mowing during Spring and Summer: April 1st – the week before October 15th. Prices do not change for bi-weekly lawn mowing in winter: The week of October 15th is our 1st week off and then bi-weekly mowing till March 31st.

Monthly Price per basic service may change due to inflation, vendor pricing change, minimum wage changes. Our prices are designed to cover live-able wages. We will try to give notice, but there may not me at times notice of such change except on the next billing cycle. We try to only increase per two years to limit stress.
